... that wasn't supposed hit until later today. But according to our paperboy, Charlie, it's been raining on and off since 3am. Even if it stops soon, and doesn't start again until the afternoon, the rain that has come will keep enough guys from coming that we wouldn't hit 18 anyway.
Next week is the last week of the summer permit, probably the last at Merloni...
